How to make Public IP available?

If you want to make a public IP available, you need to:

1) make sure you have a free public IP (not already in use), so your ISP assigned IP in a home setup is not sufficient

2) Add the IP to your farm, together with the gateway IP

Then, once the IP gets reserved, it will be assigned to a workload on a node. You need to make sure that the IP can reach the gateway from the nodes in your farm
