Why do we go to TF Chain next to Stellar?

Stellar is basically a payment network. But we need a decentralized way to store the full infrastructure of farms, nodes, contracts, billing reports etc. This is available now on TFChain, see https://graphql.grid.tf/graphql . But Stellar remains very good when it's purely about fast payment.

It's why both remain active, with a bridge in-between to enable transfer of the same tokens on 2 blockchain infrastructure.
